Job Description
Will be responsible for the entire HR activity of North India
Will interface with Senior Management of the bank in framing policies and setting systems
Responsible for entire region’s recruitment, induction, onboardingΒ etc
Will be involved in Performance management, talent management, potential assessment, job evaluation, career progression & succession planning, staffing
Appraisal process and C&B
Training plans, calenders and process
Employee relations, grivience handling etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a MBA with 10 + yrs of experience in handling entire HR. Should have ateast 2 yrs of experience handling generalist HR in a retail bank
Should have strong communication, interpersonal, people management and leadership skills
